Monster Gym has been one of Montreal’s premiere fitness centres for nearly 20 years.

A leader in the health community, our family-owned business has grown from a small, 8000-square-foot gym to an impressive 28,000 square feet, and we’re still getting bigger. In the coming months, Monster Gym will become a citizen of Fitness City, the new one-stop health complex presently being built down the block. While we’ve grown from our humble beginnings to become the largest gym on the West Island, we’re as committed as ever to giving our customers that family vibe they’ve come to expect from Monster.

Monster Gym remains one of the only sports centres in Canada open 24/7, membership costs are still the lowest in town, and your rate can be locked in for the rest of your gym life.
