These classes are not included in the regular fitness schedule, they are on a drop in basis, and are considered semi private personal training sessions. Participants therefore pay a nominal fee to the individual instructor prior to each session in order
Rock Solid Body workout

Tan’s intense box and step workout
An intense cardiovascular workout combining step and boxing intervals. Simple moves guaranteed to leave you breathless!
Step Fusion
This intermediate level step class puts you through a rhythmic and fun step choreography. Clear your mind of clutter and re-energize your body and spirit while you tone and burn calories!
Turbo spin
45-60 minutes of freestyle spin!  Intensity from the master of spin, what a way to start out your day and week! Get Turbanized!
Xtreme Workout
Effective cardiovascular and muscular conditioning incorporating intervals of step, dumbbells, medicine balls, bosu’s, and stability balls.  Interval training burns more calories, come in and burn some!
Private classes
60 minutes of all terrain spinning... get ready for the challenge, this is an awe-some way to burn those calories and have fun while you do it!
